You are welcome here
At Kula, we create meaningful yoga-based events. Kula in Sanskrit means community or tribe. Through Kula Yoga Events, we aim to provide a sense of inclusion and belonging as we come together for retreats, workshops, and classes and share other community resources.
Our intention is to slow down and have time to learn, practice, and grow together. To reconnect with joy, to recharge with nature and community.

Spring Roots: Grounded Together, Growing Tall Workshop
As the forests of the PNW come alive with the energy of spring, we’re reminded of the quiet strength that comes from deep roots and shared connection. In this 1.5 -hour workshop lead of gentle yoga and mindfulness, we’ll move and breathe together in community—grounding ourselves like the evergreens that thrive through connection beneath the surface.
Through thoughtful movement, intentional breath, and reflective stillness, we’ll explore what it means to feel supported, steady, and ready to grow. Just as the trees rely on one another to stand tall, we too flourish when we’re connected.
At Kula Yoga Events, kula means connection—and this gathering is a chance to root deeply, rise confidently, and remember that we grow stronger together.
