A chance to pause. To recharge, realign, and reset your focus. Where the mind goes, energy follows!
At this 1.5-hour workshop Krist and Heidi will guide you through gentle movements intended to relax your physical body, we will focus on the breath and mobilize the distribution of prana (life force) through your body. Feeling a deep sense of balance, we will complete the workshop with a Sound Bath guided meditation.
